If you made a typographical error or mistakenly bid on a listing, please notify us as soon as possible via the support link on the navigation bar so that we can resolve this problem as soon as possible. In order to protect our sellers, bid retraction data is stored offline. Buyers with significant amounts of bid retractions may face temporary bidding suspensions or permanent suspension of bidding privileges. Bid retractions on listings ending within 48 hours are not accepted under any circumstances and failure to pay in full for any auctions won will result in the temporary or permanent loss of bidding privileges. We ask that you please carefully double check listings before placing a bid. Any fees paid on a listing which results in a bid retraction will be waived.
